I have had 2 fraud investigations where they locked me out of my account. In one instance I was not notified of this and tried to use my debit card and it was denied. Their only solution was to open a new account which caused all sorts of issues, direct deposit, auto pay and it caused my “check” score to tank. Go somewhere else, any place has got to be better.
