Today was my last straw when I called and offered to pay for 50 to 100 one page copies of something and Norma said, "We're not a copy center.. sooo....." and was not even attempting to be at all understanding of my situation when I have previously been to this branch and had to print out something because my printer at home wouldn't work, it was 50 pages (I didn't realize this as I only needed 1 page to sign) and they didn't charge me. But now I'm offering to pay you and you just are flat out refusing to help me. Thanks for nothing and treating me over the phone like I'm a complete imbecile. I'll make sure to never call this location for anything ever again.
