- MJMegan JonesMar 12, 20251.0The manager is nice but the teller Kent is really really rude. Spoke very harshly threw the drive threw. Couldn't see the person and they said "deposit" through the mic. And I had no idea they were even talking to me. I said no, cash. Well he deposited it and when I asked to get cash instead he REFUSED TO HELP ME!! Never will go through the drive threw if he is there.

- KHKerry HansenApr 20, 20191.0I went into a Wells Fargo Bank today to deposit $100 into my checking account. The teller asked me for my Drivers License to go along with my Bank card. I said you really need my ID to make a cash deposit? She said yes, it's a new bank policy to combat fraud and money laundering. I guess they are worried that someone besides me is going to deposit money in my account. It's ironic because I went into the same bank last a couple of weeks ago to get some cash and all I needed was my Bank card, no ID. Go figure! Needless to say I will be looking for a new bank or credit union.
