I keep trying to be patient and thinking it will get better to no avail. We now only have one branch in town after the second shut down. It is a nightmare as a business owner with employees out of state trying to coordinate getting anything done relating to banking. Their processes for opening accounts and general business banking are outdated and cumbersome. Currently looking at other options and likely will move soon. Their rates are high, fees high, customer service not that great. Not sure why people continue to bank with them.
