I keep trying to be patient and thinking it will get better to no avail. We now only have one branch in town after the second shut down. It is a nightmare as a business owner with employees out of state trying to coordinate getting anything done relating to banking. Their processes for opening accounts and general business banking are outdated and cumbersome. Currently looking at other options and likely will move soon. Their rates are high, fees high, customer service not that great. Not sure why people continue to bank with them.

The staff here is amazing! They have successfully helped me with everything I needed. Russ, Kristy, Lauren and Jon Smith are all great staff and have gone the extra mile to help me. And of course they are incredible when it comes to accuracy. This means a lot to me! I like having a bank I can trust.
