When I arrived at the scheduled time, no one had the slightest idea I was coming, nor did they have the slightest idea how to handle my request. I literally could not give them my money. They wasted my time, gas, and patience. I recommend finding a better, more professional institution.

They seem to never really have the best answers for you & when something happens to your account, they don't really care about "your" situation. I feel like they try to scam you out of your money any way possible. The service and fees are just ridiculous & they don't really have any perks banking with them.
