    My mother recently met with an Edward Jones financial advisor named Hayley in Brigham City, Utah, and left the meeting in tears. She was berated, humiliated, and personally attacked for her financial decisions to the point where the advisor told her that my late father “would be ashamed of her” and that she would “be living on rice and beans alone.” This kind of behavior is unprofessional, unethical, and completely out of line for anyone entrusted with helping clients manage their retirement funds, let alone a recently widowed woman seeking financial guidance. The advisor told my mother she was not allowed to bring her children or anyone else to future meetings, which is wildly inappropriate and manipulative. Financial advisors should be interviewed for trustworthiness not allowed to intimidate and emotionally attack their clients. To make matters EVEN WORSE, Hayley then repeatedly contacted my mother afterward, aggressively pressuring her to “bring in the check immediately” and again insisting that she do it alone. The tone shifted from unprofessional to harassment, and if my mother weren’t such a kind and patient person, I would have already pursued this further.. Brigham City is a small community built on integrity and respect. I’m shocked that Edward Jones would tolerate this level of unprofessionalism in one of their representatives. I strongly encourage anyone seeking financial guidance to look elsewhere. Shocked and let down is an understatement.

    Shortly after I retired, I met Tyler Anderson for the first time, when I saw him coming up my driveway, while I was pruning grapes. He came to me! "They do that?" as the ad says! He has taken great care of me ever since and my money for me. Always cordial and always professional. His staff as well are always so pleasant to work with and prompt in their service.
