We've overlooked a lot of mistakes that they have made in the past, but there are too many banks to stay with one that treats their customers like garbage.

It's tough enough to get to a bank during the day, let alone when they close early. Heaven forbid you do something to earn the business of someone who doesn't bank with you. Or don't 🤷
