    This morning (August 26, 2025), I had a very disappointing experience at the branch parking lot. I arrived around 9:00 a.m. with my Ford F-350 long bed truck and parked in the back because my vehicle is large and it’s difficult to park in the front spaces. As I was getting out, a man around 50–60 years old driving a Ford F-150, who clearly works at Wells Fargo, aggressively yelled at me, saying that the parking was only for Wells Fargo and not for Bäsa Gym (which is across the street). What bothered me was not the request itself, but the unprofessional and disrespectful way he addressed me. I was wearing gym clothes because I planned to go after my errand at Wells Fargo, but that does not give him the right to judge me by my appearance or to yell at me. He didn’t even know that I was actually going into Wells Fargo, where I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. If someone parks inappropriately, there are proper procedures: call security, a towing service, or the police. But never yell at a customer or discriminate based on how they look. This behavior felt discriminatory and completely unacceptable. I have written over 300 Google reviews, and this is only my third negative review of a company. I do not like to speak poorly about businesses, but this situation needs to be addressed. I strongly urge Wells Fargo management and corporate to provide better training to their employees on respect and customer service. A long-time customer, very disappointed.

    I wish could possibly go lower than one star I would. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. I entered the bank attempting to open a New Account . I was approached by a Hispanic short portly Young man with dark hair. This is because I don’t know his name.He approach me in a suspicious manner, he stated he was a bank teller.He was so dismissive. I was wearing a T-shirt and sweat pants and just left the gym. Is this a crime? He asked for the required documents. I handed them to him. He looked at me as if I said “ put the money in the bag and nobody to get hurt”. He handed me over to the Manager who was just as bad, first of all he’s talking in a voice that is not an inside voice explaining to me that my bear chase of address was not suitable. Mind this is a document from a government agency with a government deal on it. thanks He was asking me questions and suspicious undertone. This incident is too triggering. I want to expose these people I can’t live through that again. So let me say this is closing. I will never as long as I live go inside, a Wells Fargo. This bank does not have the best reputation and I know that they were somehow involved in of a Scandal. So why approach me in such an accusing manner?It is almost laughable. I did end of the conversation with the bank manager. He continue to speak and I interrupted him and stated please I just want to leave. I feel embarrassed. I don’t feel comfortable speaking your loud enough for everyone in here to hear you and everyone is staring at me. I just want to leave. He didn’t apologize. He didn’t try to make me feel comfortable. He didn’t ask me to move in an enclosed area. He said OK just apply online and walked away. this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any banking establishment and the only reason I came hear is because Chase was too far away. Which by the way I took the additional drive and open an account and was treated with s great amount of respect thank you. Oh and Thank you Wells Fargo STANK

    I was frustrated when I called to set up an appointment with a banker and they transferred me to JORDAN. This girl I use to go to at the new location in Woods Cross before it close for a temporary time, and now they moved her here and it’s a disappointment. The questions you guys ask are just so off. I felt uncomfortable when she start talking about my credit. Girl please I know what I’m doing. Thank God I didn’t get to set up an appointment with her today. She never helps with anything but good at asking uncomfortable questions. I remember seeing her at the new location in Woods Cross last year and the same thing she pretty much laugh at my face across her desk at me telling me there’s nothing she can do to fix the issue but it only took me one phone call to the customer service to get it done it was that simple but she doesn’t know how to do it and she’s a banker. But thank you Jennifer for helping me with my account.
