  I had a very disappointing experience at this bank. The cashier who assisted me, Ashley, was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the beginning, her tone was dismissive and she showed no willingness to help with a basic transaction. As a Latina customer, the way I was treated made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. No customer should be spoken to in a condescending manner or made to feel disrespected while simply trying to access banking services. Customer service should be respectful and professional, and unfortunately this branch failed to meet that standard. Because of this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this location.

  This morning (August 26, 2025), I had a very disappointing experience at the branch parking lot. I arrived around 9:00 a.m. with my Ford F-350 long bed truck and parked in the back because my vehicle is large and it’s difficult to park in the front spaces. As I was getting out, a man around 50–60 years old driving a Ford F-150, who clearly works at Wells Fargo, aggressively yelled at me, saying that the parking was only for Wells Fargo and not for Bäsa Gym (which is across the street). What bothered me was not the request itself, but the unprofessional and disrespectful way he addressed me. I was wearing gym clothes because I planned to go after my errand at Wells Fargo, but that does not give him the right to judge me by my appearance or to yell at me. He didn’t even know that I was actually going into Wells Fargo, where I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. If someone parks inappropriately, there are proper procedures: call security, a towing service, or the police. But never yell at a customer or discriminate based on how they look. This behavior felt discriminatory and completely unacceptable. I have written over 300 Google reviews, and this is only my third negative review of a company. I do not like to speak poorly about businesses, but this situation needs to be addressed. I strongly urge Wells Fargo management and corporate to provide better training to their employees on respect and customer service. A long-time customer, very disappointed.

  Wells Fargo is garbage. Terrible to work with. Terrible customer service support. Not helpful. I am done with them, and I will be transferring all my funds elsewhere. This is a company without a soul. This is Satan's favorite company. Satan makes all his withdrawals and deposits here. Satan took out a loan here and uses the funds to steal souls. The souls of Wells Fargo employees.

  Terrible service, both times I've gone. One of the "personal" bankers had said out loud about one of the lady's credit card info. He had said that she had overdue problems while at the window. The whole office heard it, should have said something. The teller ran my check through twice and jammed it both times, surprised it didn't rip. Go to the Main Street one, tellers and im"personal" bankers all need to get a check on what they are doing. Nobody likes a pushy bank. Won't come here again.
