    Don’t use this Financial institute! I got in a car accident(not my fault) they would not do an extension nor did they give any support during my hard time forcing my loan to go into a Default. I told them multiple times about my situation and I keep getting harassed by constant phone calls even though I’ve been very up front about the whole situation! What a POS bank. Who does that to their members and then continues to harass me in hard time. If you want your bank to take advantage of you in hard times, this is the bank for you! Garbage garbage garbage. You guys want to ruin my credit, then I’ll ruin your reputation as a CU. 😠

    These ladies were wonderful, esp. Kaylee. I came in 20 minutes to 5pm, they were fast and efficient. Super friendly and I walked out of there with more information and more accomplished than I had planned! Great Service.

    The Bountiful Utah location has the BEST customer service ive ever received at a bank or credit union. I financed a vehicle through SSFCU and went to the Bountiful location to set up my new checking, savings, and automotive bill pay accounts. EVERYONE there was so friendly, professional, and knew every little detail about all of their accounts which made my choices super easy and quick. They even print the new debit cards there and i left with it instead of waiting for it to arrive in the mail. Today, i received a handwritten thank you letter from them for choosing to use SSFCU. The Bountiful branch is one that i will probably go inside instead of drive through. Top notch, A+, 5 star customer service which sadly isnt common everywhere now-a-days. I would recommend using SSFCU to anyone and let them know about my great experience at the Bountiful location...... i know this review is long, but i couldnt help it; I left the Bountiful branch very happy with my choice to use SSFCU.
