I was explicitly told that payday loans here were not based on credit, yet when it came time for a decision, they pulled my credit anyway — only to come back with an insulting, useless offer. That’s not just misleading, it’s outright dishonest. On top of that, the woman at the front desk (short brown hair in a ponytail, glasses) was unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. If this is the standard of service they think is acceptable, it’s pathetic. Save yourself the headache — this company lies to customers, wastes your time, and clearly has no respect for the people they’re supposed to be helping. Go anywhere else before you let them treat you the same way.
