I went into the bank and immediately met with Melanie. I have been in customer service for fifty years and I know quality service when I see it . Melanie and her staff went to work and within minutes I had the needed cash and a new card on it’s way. Melanie even spoke with my wife in New Jersey for some needed details. And they helped set up my “Wallet” Professional and genuine. I want to thank the folks at Wells Fargo Beaver Utah. You saved the day.
