I'm overwhelmed on how nice and kind I found ALL of the Staff and Management♥️😎🔥 First, I'm very thankful for the warm welcoming into this Credit Union. They all made me feel like FAMILY. Their service was top 👌🏽 and explain everything to detail on my first day here. THANKS TO SPENCER AND ELIZA on the Management, they were very kind, patient and helpful...this is a Great Branch and Everyone I greeted was SO AWESOME. I got in a car accident(not my fault) they would not do an extension nor did they give any support during my hard time forcing my loan to go into a Default. I told them multiple times about my situation and I keep getting harassed by constant phone calls even though I’ve been very up front about the whole situation! My credit is Ruined because of these losers. They took advantage of me in a hard time of my life. They refuse to help me. SSFCU should be shut down for mal practice.
