That never came went in several times till they finally told me I wasn't eligible for the promotion. They were rude about the situation especially the rep who helped me she flat out called me a liar. Also had a life insurance check sent here for my young daughter every time I went in to followup on it I was told they would call me back which they never did. Ultimately I took my business elsewhere they lack customer service and kindness.
