- RGRyan GarbettNov 25, 20251.0I use the auto pay function to pay a loan I have with another bank. Back in 2024 I discovered a total of 8 payments never made it to its destination. However, the checks where cashed and cleared my bank. I have spent over a year noe trying to figure out who cashed those checks. Prosperity uses a 3rd party for their bill pay and have absolutely refused to get involved reguardless of my request for help or escalation. They have given me the run around for over a year now. They asked for me to do all the leg work and investigations only to have me srart over 3 times now. Back in October they finally asked me to come in and sign an affidavit for fraud. Ive followed up 3 times since.. and you guessed it, they do not have any updates. There is one individual at the Allen branch who has been attempting to help but she is limited in her ability. Even when she requests escalation, their own employee gets the run around. I wish there was more to this story but there really is not. Im at my whits end and not sure where to go from here or what my rights are. Prosperity bank could care less because it would take someone to be held accountable. In my experience this is a direct symptom of poor top leadership allowing this to be acceptable. This is also the reason I do not hold my savings accounts at this small bank.
