They always lock my card that I have to come to their bank location just to get it unlocked. This has been happening God knows how many times these past three weeks. They always lock it at the most inconvenient times. I need to buy something but nope I can't cause my card is locked.

My account got hacked twice with me knowing and not even a phone call. My last two checks can’t be put into my account with me calling Customer service and them saying “they will be in your account by midnight tonight” two days later ...never happened I am very unhappy with my experience with this bank.
