- VDV DobbsSep 2, 20241.0I am use to banking with a bigger bank (Bank of America) whose website is much more user-friendly and most things such as direct transfers to other people or Zelle transfers are instant while many options at ANBTX are not instant. I opened this acct because I hoped to start banking at a local community bank instead but have found it challenging in a few ways so, as of yet, I have not yet closed my other acct. The thing that irritates me the most is how they frequently require new security questions to be chosen and the questions they offer to be chosen from are utterly absurd, at least for someone my age who is NOT likely to remember what the name of my elementary school music teacher's name was (or coach, math teacher, etc..). I always spend far too much time trying to choose questions because none of the questions are usually anything I am going to remember the answer to.
