    This place is an absolute joke. A large part of my transactions get flagged as fraud, even after I reply that they are legitimate. Save some time folks. Let another bank handle your business.

    Tried to call the branch. Got a computer that didn't understand what I wanted. Waited for 30 minutes to talk with someone and kept hearing "your estimated wait time is less than 1 minute."

    Worst bank I have ever been with I have had hundreds and hundreds of dollars stolen from my account I call to report it and they tell me that I have to close my account EVEN WITH ALL OF MY BILLS SET UP THROUGH this account they are never nice always rude HORRIBLE ATTITUDES DONT BANK HERE YOUR MONEY WILL BE RANDOMLY “taken” and they will blame you RUN! Don’t bank here! And they have someone new working every week an employee that quit there told me they don’t give the people the hours that they promised and don’t pay them accordingly HORRIBLE BANK worst experience ever!

    This bank tried to charge me $5.00 to cash a four hundred dollar check FROM THEIR BANK!!! That’s more than the avg 1% fee at a convenience store.
