- PPPoppyDec 31, 20251.0Unfortunately, this bank is not what it used to be. I have yet to have had a pleasant experience, other than when they were eager for me to open an account. Gerald's inability to efficiently operate the card processing machine was shocking, he has been trained several times on how to use it. Instead of showing any sense of urgency or concern for the customers waiting on him to do basic duties of his job, he plodded along at a snail's pace with an attitude. Perhaps if he spent less time chomping on gum, he might actually be able to focus on his job. The entire bank environment inside is underwhelming, a sad reflection of the service being provided. In the end, they are a reflection of management.
