My mother was attempting to add me to her account.She also wanted to remove my deceased father from the account.The banker was extremely unfriendly. It was obvious he didn't want to assist us.He stated we needed a death certificate before we could move any further with the account. We did not have these issues with Union Square when we made the same changes to her account over there so 5 stars to them. We will probably close both of our bank accounts and move all funds to Union Square since we were treated so poorly at Wells Fargo. We both have bank accounts at Wells Fargo with large sums of money in them. Maybe he should have checked that and asked questions before he decided to be so unprofessional.
- TGThat One GaiMar 12, 20251.0All I needed was help. One deferment after YEARS of being a loyal customer and they tell me that they can’t help. I’ve had multiple loans never missed a SINGLE PAYMENT. The ONE TIME i needed help they said no that my loan account needed to be open for nine months to qualify. Congratulations, Wells Fargo, you are now never being paid back. You can eat the 45,000 I owe you. I’ll be migrating my funds and deposits to my offshore account where you can’t ever reach it no matter WHO orders it to be paid. I have everything I need and no longer have any use for credit scores. All you had to do was defer one payment and you would’ve avoided this. Now you won’t ever be paid back. You won’t see a single cent.
