The credit union added the charge of no insurance to my RV loan for $1000! I called and said excuse me but I purchased insurance from your company. Their reply was that it was seperate company and I had to submit my insurance card to another 3rd Party to get the fee removed and it would take 10 business days! No one is trying to help me and they don't care.
