They stay on top of their business and always there if needed. Their account protection is better than most I have dealt with. I was referred to USCU by by sister and brother in law, who has been with USCU for decades. He has always gave them high praise and I see why now that I am a member also. A great place to do business with wether it's checking, savings, loan, investments, or mortgage.

First of all I stood in line at the Kell location over 15 minutes Friday waiting to make a deposit. Now I’m in DFW and my account has been locked for a fraud alert that wasn’t fraud so I have no access to my money. I received a message to call a number only to be told to call back Monday morning. Absolutely the poorest ran financial institution I’ve ever dealt with.

Never have had to wait longer than a few minutes to get to me. Clean, warm and inviting lobby with plenty of room to sit and relax while waiting for a member of the loan department to call me to there office. Always have good suggestions on how to get the most out of money. They wont sell you anything you ask for, if there is a better plan or specific options on what your goal is.

Clearly didn’t take a driver’s license copy or anything relevant to verify my personals. So I’ve assumed this place is a total fraud and submitted a police report as well as separate complaints to the Texas Credit Union Department and FTC. Stay away from these guys!! Even their ATMs are garbage, half of them around here don’t even work
