- CWChip WarmanApr 24, 20251.0We are removing everything we have from prosperity bank. Poor customer service. My family was share holders in the bank that prosperity took over. They offered shares and then went back on their offer last minute. Strange “fees” always appearing on statements. We are no longer treated like a person, but an account number. The letter u received after paying off a loan made me laugh. I’m done with this bank. Only waited this long to write a review because I wanted to make sure I got the title to the vehicle I just paid off with a final payment of over $11,000 I had saved so I could get away from them.
