- BMBig MikeOct 30, 20255.0I have been to a few different branches of this bank and honestly just quit going to a West Ft.Worth branch because they were always busy and some of the staff weren't very helpful or friendly. This particular branch has changed my opinion of Wells Fargo. From the teller to the cubicle dwelling banker, they have gone out of their way to assist me in the unfortunate loss of my mother and helping to close out and transfer her funds and mortgage. Excellent customer support. Well done.
