While I understand and appreciate their efforts to protect the company from fraud, the process was a bit stressful. The bank was initially reluctant to approve the check, but we eventually arranged a conference call with the check writer and the bank to get everything resolved. Char, the representative who assisted me, was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. She handled the situation professionally and did an excellent job! My 4-star rating isn’t a reflection of Char’s service—it simply reflects my frustration with the process itself.

I wasn't even sure if my check could be cashed and was kinda disappointed about how expensive the fee was but she worked it out with me and I paid a fee I was comfortable with instead. My gf has had experience with dealing with her before and even she said she went out of her way to do all she could to help and she really does! 10/10 Vicki and will be coming to this store for anything I'd need from Ace even if I'm miles away.
