- JMJames MaysNov 10, 20251.0I was using this bank for a commercial loan. The fist loan officer was fired for mental health issues. This put us behind months on closing. When it became obvious this bank couldn't get the job done, I had to move on. They insisted on keeping a potion of my $13,500 good faith deposit despite doing nothing for me but putting me behind and creating unnecessary problems. If you are looking for a good partnership for your business banking, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
