- CCCdeeAug 9, 20241.0I have been banking with this bank when they were Victoria bank in bay city since 1985. I called yesterday around 10 a.m August 8th and the person that answered the phone...her name starts with a D....was not pleasant at all...she made me feel like I was an annoying mosquito flying around her head and she just didn't have the time to answer my questions. She finally with a huff asked for my account number...at the end of our conversation I told her I hope u feel better...sarcasm on my part...and I hung up and called the 800 number where I got great service....I am so sorry I made this lady to do some work for an account holder at a bank where she works...heaven forbid I interrupt her DAY!!...heaven forbid she does any work where she is employed!...Lisa u need to clean house!!!!
