- YIYanet IDec 12, 20251.0Bad service and nothing works. Can’t use the phone app because it doesn’t work. Their only atm is down. You can’t get your balance etc.. over the phone either. Nothing works. You just have to withdraw from another atm or go inside. They gave us the sign in info for the app but it doesn’t work. They also pay a day late.

- MMMiss MillerJan 19, 20225.0First off I don’t know why this place has bad reviews it must be disgruntled employees because everybody here is very nice the all women team that I encountered today were very cheerful very kind and very professional I opened a new account here today came from Wells Fargo tired of being hacked it seems Wells Fargo‘s security isn’t very tight as I’m always getting hacked by them so came here and opened a new account and everybody was super friendly super nice and the process was super easy even helped me download the app and now they’re getting ZELLE which is great I recommend this bank to anyone looking for a smaller bank that’s not part of the conglomerate chain Update : Nov 14 - thanks to VALERIA for helping me out since I live out of state now - you are AWESOME thanks so much 👍🙏😇
