Said it would take 7 days to get a new card, 2 weeks later nothing. They said they sent to my address, even though i have a new address on file, and this is the 3rd time i have had things sent to old address. On the bright side, my complete disgust with this bank, and banks in general, have led me to discover that cashapp has direct deposit and debit card features w/o banking rules and run around. I recommend NOT USING PROSPERITY BANK.
