The second time from paying the 2 payments.i thought I was caught up so I went to pay the payment. I called them they said I was 31 days late. Email showed different. Screenshot showed account current. So they had me do this stabilizer thing they said it would show on my credit it was current. It destabilized my credit kept me from refinancing my sprinter van. What they actually did was defer one of my payments, but contined to ruin my credit till January the next year. The payments started showing. I could have just paid and had one late payment. They draft everyone then comes may of 25. I had well over that nothing would bounce. My bank says nothing did. I get emails every month getting drafted and amount. I have had a horrible personal life since may. Almost unbearable. So now they are showing I have 6 late payments. Then they have never reported to Transunion. They decided to all of sudden report a new loan that was started in January 2024. They did this to be predatory. To hurt me and my credit. All of my other credit cards, personal loans, carpayments all paid on time. Their employees don't care i think the enjoy it. All their employees tell you different things about the stabilizer thing. The VP even told it wrong then another way. Didn't care I had recordings of what I was told. She said they didn't show any calls. STAY AWAY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CREDIT MESSED UP BY THEM.

The staff is always short and always telling you "you have to contact another person in the company" I do not recommend them. Honestly they need to shut this branch down or rethink the people in this branch

I was treated poorly by the manager in the office, I was understanding of the issue and only wanted it resolved. I had been doubled charged for the loan, and one was not registering in their system. I brought in my bank statements to prove they were the only ones for the amount. It's been almost 2 weeks and I have not received a phone call or mail about the situation. I do not recommend this place of business. I will have to go through my bank to do an unauthorized check on my account and have the bank do an investigation in the matter.
