Would you like to know what my Banks response to that was? I made sure to check the account before we went to go eat and it showed a positive balance of $53. Afterward of the meal came to $28 and change which I totalled up to 30 as we do not make that much but I still wanted to show appreciation to our server. Afterward later that evening I checked the account and we had positive 17. This morning however I woke up to a negative balance of $28. when questioning them on this their reasoning was that this program is set up so that the payments go in at different times and when posted can affect the account differently. BS jargon that basically means they can screw with your money however they please. I've spoken to them on the phone and in no uncertain terms tell them that I will be reporting them and taking our business elsewhere if they do not correct this. This posting and many others will be made in response to their decision. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of the elderly. If money is the root of all evil you have to wonder about the humanity of those corporations that hoard it such as Banks. I guess it's their way of wishing us a Merry Christmas. I hope all their gold turns to coal
