    Normally this location is great but this time however I sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes with not one person talk to me I pressed the button more than once and nothing. The whole time I could see the three bankers inside by the computers. If it were busy I would understand but there was no one in the drive thru lanes or in the parking lot. After sitting for 30 minutes I just left because obviously I wasn’t gunna get help here this is the second time this has happened seriously considering changing banks.

    Ms. Nichols is incredible. Being a first time home buyer can be overwhelming, but she made the whole process so smooth. She's very responsive and the rates were competitive. We shopped for lower rates when the contract was executed, but First Financial rates were comparable to the lowest provided by competitors. The low rates coupled with Ms. Nichols' extensive knowledge, patience, and attentiveness made it an easy choice for a lender. I'll definitely recommend her to family and friends.

    Excellent service! Amanda was very professional, helpful, and patient. I normally jump around to different first financial banks but I'll be going to this one more often because of my experience today.
