The bank associates and manager were concerned there may be foul play due to her age, but ultimately handled the transaction in a very professional manner. I'm actually grateful they took the time to be concerned and did their due diligence in a courteous way.
- MKMicah KoutrosMay 13, 20201.0Wells Fargo in waxahachie is absolutely zero help when it comes to small business accounts. I wanted to start a simple bank account for my LLC and it was a nightmare. I went the first time to open and they requested more paperwork, even though I had the paperwork that was listed as required for their business accounts online. I was told I needed more paper work from the state, and I needed to contact the SOS to find the forms I needed, but they could not inform me what exact forms were needed. I left that day and called the SOS and did indeed confirm that was the only paperwork available to show business ownership, and I had every thing they could send me. I went back today to speak with a different banker and unfortunately it didn’t go any better. They insisted I needed to show more paperwork to prove I am the sole owner. Even though I had form 205, both sheets of paperwork from the SOS that showed the LLC and DBA I work under, AND my EIN number for the company. The manager even claimed I needed to write up some sort of business proclamation stating that I was the sole owner...? With this advice I left and decided to talk with CNB in Waxahachie that is right down the road. They helped me immediately with the paperwork I had and I had zero issues! It took them 20 minutes and that includes them making me copies of all the paperwork and handing me my debit card for the new account. This Waxahachie Wells Fargo Branch has no idea what they are doing when it comes to small business accounts.
- STSean TulleySep 2, 20141.0I'm not one to write reviews, in fact this is my first review I've ever written. This the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. I've had to call this bank twice, both ladies who answered the phone used a disrespectful tone of voice and gave me short answers....I experienced one employee raising her voice at a customer when I was at the bank. I will never return, its worth the drive into Midlothian or another surrounding town. It's really a shame, been a Wells Fargo customer for years and they've treated me well with the exception of this location.
