- KMKarla MaldonadoAug 30, 20251.0Unprofessional. These people dont know how to identify an individual and cannot seem to wrap their heads around that. My mother went to cash in her check with this bank, mind you shes been going to Wells Fargo for decades and never had an issue. Her name doesnt fit her identification due to the length, and rather than finding a way of verifying her identity, they refused to help her. She has a language barrier and they didn't really try to help her either, HOWEVER one man helped my mother. I thank him. Train your people. Do better.
