My mother went to cash in her check with this bank, mind you shes been going to Wells Fargo for decades and never had an issue. Her name doesnt fit her identification due to the length, and rather than finding a way of verifying her identity, they refused to help her. She has a language barrier and they didn't really try to help her either, HOWEVER one man helped my mother. I thank him. Train your people. Do better.

- NNN. NgMay 27, 20251.0Absolutely no stars for this bank location. Worst bank location in the DFW area. Very unprofessional. Need to retrain their staffs to be courtesy to their customers. Learn to speak and communicate correctly than being barbaric. You do not know if they have health issues, language issues or ptsd. No one is like you. Have some manners and respect. If not, go find yourself a new job that don’t deal with people or somewhere with your energy level acting barbaric and rude.
