Now several years later, I opened an account online and it was very easy and straightforward. I wasn't happy with the fees imposed on my account due to direct deposit requirements not being met. I spoke to the bankers but they said they didn't have any free accounts anymore.

I called to report this because she messed up my business deposit causing me to have to go back the next day to make it right. Apparently they told her who I was, so now Natalie is being unprofessional towards me when I come back to make deposits! Grow up Natalie! If this is your first time being corrected in your job, and this is how you handle it, buckle up butter cup because you're in for a rough ride working with the public! I was at least nice about it, when I spoke to your supervisor! I'm not worried though none of the tellers seem to last very long there, at least not for the past 5 years!
