- PGPat Granny5 days ago1.0I was returning a call about possibly renewing my loan and Diane was very rude. All I was needing some information and was treated with sarcasm. I did receive a call about my one day payment reminder earlier and was also treated with rudeness from someone else who did not give their name. Not sure why I need to be subjected to this. Was treated so differently when I initially took out my loan. Would not recommend or return once I am done with the loan agreement.
