  May 19th, I called this branch after having a rather unpleasant experience at the Wells Fargo on Mockingbird Ln. I spoke with Ms. Erika and she was the MOST helpful, and above all else, she was kind and compassionate. She apologized for the awful experience I just had at the other branch and assured me that I could walk in and did not have to make an appointment. I told her I was 5 mins away. She kindly went ahead and put me on her schedule so she could help me directly. When I tell you she was the highlight of my day... I mean it. She was friendly and upbeat and made this transition as easy as possible for me. Changing your name across the board with banks, work, and different accounts is not for the weak. Erika made me feel welcomed at this branch and even congratulated me on getting married. 10/10 recommend this branch.

  I will never recommend or use Wells Fargo again I understand why you guys will go belly up . Please help me understand how can a teller through the drive thru hand you back a debit catd that has been used not broken or damaged and hand back your card broke and say it’s not there issue . Let’s stop right there not there issue not Wells Fargo employees issue I do t know in what fantasy land that is but there is now an issue first you take my card to verify my account and this was for a trade in of cash that was giving 40 dollars as well for roll of quarters in exchange your than teller Diana Salazar worlds strongest woman obviously sends back my debit card broke completely with the quarters . Let me advise you that this was my husband who I thought would be a good idea to send him to the bank to get this done not on my account ms Salazar goes thru with the transaction should that have even been done I mean the policy they make sure is if your not on the account we can’t help you but you can still manage to break my card and fulfill the transaction right . So my husband than goes I. The bank to where I’m on the phone while this is happening and the bank manager Karen wonderful name tells him and me that she is sorry that she understands the situation and will help my giving money order for my rent since I couldn’t use my card and they don’t use apple pay or google pay but again not there problem since they broke my card . So she would provide us with money orders and be able to pull out cash until the new card that she would expedite comes in after making me feel at ease and me apologizing about getting upset I disconnect with my husband to than get a call from him saying she is refusing to help and do what she said she would do about the situation because my husband isn’t on my account .So now we go by the book you can’t keep your word . I have a family and bills that I have to pay every paycheck unless I want to end up homeless but that’s not there ISSUE they will get to go home with there families and sleep like a baby while I am now going. To rack up late fees and have no groceries for 5-7 days for there teller playing Hercules I even said thank you as I can’t leave work to handle this issue . So I call to report and for what again not Wells Fargo issue there is nothing they can do . So that is now a teller a bank manager and two reps from the 800 number that could not do anything about anything . Thank you Wells Fargo for making sure that all of you sleep well and don’t have to worry about what your families are going to eat for the next week . So hopefully when nobody has a job from all the not my issues wellsfargo deals with you have another job lined up to where you can still feel nice and cozy at home .

  Best customer service I’ve found at a Wells Fargo. I’ve traveled the country using Wells Fargo’s and this is my new favorite location. Christina is the best!
