- JPJackie PeñaJun 20, 20251.0Horrible experience on May 19th around 3:30pm. I go into the bank to update my name, and the teller tells me I have to come back and make an appointment because no one was available. First off I wasn't greeted and had to wait for the teller to finish a personal conversation with the other teller before she noticed I was waiting to speak to her. Then, when I ask to speak to someone for a name change, she said no one was available and to make an appointment or try another branch. She didn't tell me to wait for someone or that it could be a minute and if I would rather just make an appointment!! She didn't give me that option. All she said was that everyone was busy and I could try a DIFFERENT branch or set up an appointment. I was floored and frustrated. So I left and called the branch on North Navarro to see if I needed an appointment at that location. I spoke with Erica at that branch and she was MOST helpful and POLITE. Needless to say I was able to walk into that branch and EVERYTHING run smoothly. I will be going to THAT branch moving forward.
