Lisa the Vice President personally helped my family and I figured out some solutions to overcome the situation that we were facing. Personalized service is what you get that is non existent with other banks especially directly from a VP of the bank!! I’m much better informed based on our particular situation because of the personal guidance received. A big thank you! Albert G
- JSJoseph Dailey Sr.Jan 17, 20222.0They charged me a $35.00 overdraft fee as most do but the next day they charged me a $20.00 negative balance fee which is the same as a $55.00 overdraft fee!!!! Also the savings account they push is money taken from your purchases and put into your sa bongs.
