- CCCASMay 3, 20231.0This has been my bank for years but this store on Broadway has the worst customer service ever showing a little gratitude or a smile wouldn’t kill anybody I deposit and withdraw frequently nor a hello or something was said they are on their phone every single time I’m there and barefoot some people don’t look at this but some do the crew before them I loved but this one they show no care whatsoever.

- TUThe UsualMay 5, 20212.0doesn't send replacement debit cards when they expire, apparently you have to call and when you do they say it should be on the way and your card should work a few days after it expires... when it doesn't...They close at 4, what bank closes at 4 during the week... and they aren't open on saturday at all. I don't recommend this bank, I can't wait to open a new account somewhere else.
