- MWMark WatsonFeb 15, 20252.0We have had accounts with this bank in Trophy Club for many, many years and have a safe deposit box. We now are at a place where we no longer need the safe deposit box. They make you pay a year in advance for the box. I went to surrender the box and return my two keys in person this week. I have a key deposit and also expected a refund for the time unused for the year I paid upfront. The bank employee and the manager refused to credit me time (about nine months) worth of the annual fee back. I find this to be very poor customer service for a bank who has a very long term banking relationship. Things like this is how to lose a valued customer. We will be moving our money soon to a more customer friendly bank, unless a refund is provided soon. We will just have to make some adjustments to auto deposit and such, but this is important. If the bank wants to reach out to us and grant our refund we will certainly consider staying with this bank.
