  Tristin was very helpful and knowledgeable. She completed our transaction quickly and actually gave us advice on how to avoid paying extra fees on an existing account. We continue, as always, to be very pleased with the knowledge and service we receive from FCCU employees.

  I would like to commend both Kevin and Ms. Keaira Patterson for their outstanding service at FCCU. Kevin assisted me with great professionalism and patience, making my experience smooth and stress-free. Ms. Keaira Patterson is always one of the best staff there—every time she sees me, she greets me with genuine friendliness and consistently provides excellent, high-quality service. I truly appreciate the warm, helpful, and professional atmosphere they create. Thank you both for your exceptional work

  I have been coming to this bank for a little over 3 months and i have been very frustrated bc they keep messing up my account and then i came in and met Kevin he was absolutely the best banker I have ever encountered. I was not happy with this new system until he showed me how to do it hands on and he also finally fixed my checking account which nobody else seem to d! I highly recommend that he be promoted bc he is kind and polite and well mannered and knows what he is doing! I was about close my account and go to another bank until I met him I will only ask for him when I come in

  Twila helped me open an account and was wonderful. I had a great time speaking with her. She was very knowledgeable about what she was doing. I had a overall great experience opening the account. The atmosphere and the staff was awesome.

  So the new location is sadly disappointing. The parking lot is treacherous and the inside set up it cold with no human interaction untill you get called for your personal banker if that's what you need - if your just depositing mighty as well go in the drive thru because it's the same thing-no more smiling tellers to do it for you. You just walk up to the ATM and do it , seems like it would be faster by the machine is definitely slower than the tellers were at the Louetta branch. I was glad to see two of the personal bankers from that branch at this new one; behind glass though and there was no friendly greeting as I came in like there use to be- just machines. I think they still need a greeter to direct and welcome people if they don't want to lose thier charm. As to service of the personal bankers the ones from the Louetta branch are good; I always went to that branch because the Tomball one never got things right but the Louetta one always did. So my advise to the FCCU is find a way to make the experience start with a human greeting even if it has to be from behind the fish bowls - I mean glass offices. I've been a member since for a long time and know you guys are more fair and personal than a bank ever was so make sure the new guys can still tell and feel like joining. P.S. and if you want to keep it an impersonal experience at least keep the chai latte pods in stock for the coffee machine to console us.
