The customer service here is pathetic — rude, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to the people they’re supposed to be helping. After years of dealing with this bank’s endless issues, I had hoped maybe things had improved. They haven’t. If anything, they’ve gotten worse. The only decent experience I ever had with Wells Fargo was at a branch in Colorado, which now seems like the rare exception in a sea of terrible service. This branch perfectly represents everything wrong with Wells Fargo — a bank that clearly doesn’t care about its customers.
