- MTMichelle ThompsonMay 20, 20252.0Always have to wait at this location, that is after fighting to find a parking spot. Truist Bank itself is a joke. I have never had more issues with my car being locked for "fraud" at places I shop at weekly! Plus they charge ATM fees on top of the ATM fee that is already charged but have hardly any ATMs or branch locations. I was a customer back when it was Citi Bank and stayed while it was BB&T but sorry Truist is the WORST BANK and their customer service is a waste of time. RUN!
