- RARet Aphin4 days ago1.0Online services must be run by a toddler. The online account system constantly has errors not allowing you to pay your credit card/accounts for days. Customer service to claims its due to "user error" or "browser compatibility". No its not. Your web services are trash and cheaply managed. Will never open another account/card again with this bank. Cant wait until its paid off!

It took me forever after screaming at the robot on the phone to speak to a representative, and then the robot finally transferred me to a representative, and it said it was a 70-minute wait. I want more personal customer service and to be able to speak to a live person from the branch. If I can not speak to a human in a normal time frame and cannot speak to someone from the branch, then I will be withdrawing my money and going to another credit union. I am a human being and expect to talk to a human being.

- MHMike HartApr 22, 20251.0Last week my mobile app stopped working. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and got an error message that the app could not be installed on my phone. I drove an hour and a half to this branch only to be told that it wasn't their fault. The app was upgraded and that meant that it wouldn't work on some phones. Why would a business not make sure their new app would work before they rolled it out? Given choice of buying a new phone or driving 3 hours to make a deposit or closing my account, I will be working on closing my account. You guys have zero customer service.
