  I would think my testimony would be one of the harder to achieve and that’s why I wanted to take a moment and praise Laurie and her team. I went in because I decided to roll an no-longer-used IRA into my current employer’s 401k…. Back in December (presently mid April) that is. Already, they already have a reason to be bummed because I’m an unhappy, leaving account who has never even been into the office and they have to deal with the mess left. Of course, writing this means I was aware of this and tried to be as pleasant and patient going in. This was definitely reciprocated when I walked in. All smiles, throughout, my initial visit where we got to know each other for a moment. We set an appointment for a day later so I could spend my lunch hour wrapping things up. I came back for my appointment and actually felt welcome still. Christine handled my initial check-in and was very kind reviewing all my details with me. Then Laurie came out and welcomed me back to her office. We were able to have all my needs resolved in about a half hour and I left the accommodating atmosphere wishing I had more money to do business with them as well. Edward Jones has Laurie Miller and her team to thank that I left unsoured; if it weren’t for them I would feel very different. Again, they’re patient, accommodating, and fast. If you need someone reliable for your investments, I would highly recommend Laurie’s team!
