- SPSarah PageJul 7, 20222.0Not a fan of this branch/bank. The bankers are very apathetic and we had multiple issues with this bank when setting up an account for a non-profit. Banker refused to accept my federal ID card (I’m Native American) because she didn’t understand what it was/had never seen one before. Would not accept a piece of our paperwork bc there was a small typo on one of the parts. It took a week, but we finally got things figured out and the account set up. Over a month later and I still don’t have our debit card for the account and have been on hold for several minutes waiting for someone to help me. Would not recommend and I wouldn’t be with this bank if it wasn’t the affiliated bank with my nonprofit.
