Went in Thursday morning to open an HSA account and they said someone with Treasury Department would call me later in the day to set up a meeting. Fast forward today and no response so went into the bank and they said we only do HSA for business customers not for individuals. Said it was too much reporting for an individual account. Told me to go to a bigger full service bank. They only want business accounts not individual accounts. Poor customer service. I will be moving my account.
