  I do not recommend this bank; the staff is very incompetent. The manager was very arrogant; I wanted to order a card like I always do, and she refused. What kind of people do they have working at this place?

  The Colony branch is not the greatest Customer Service inside. My mother is a senior and doesn’t get taken care of well On what she needs done with her bank account. We had to reschedule an appointment we made online because it was only for 30 minutes and they needed an hour with her. Then she has to go back in again the next day just to open a savings account and she gets told she can’t. How can you turn someone away and not help them open a savings account after I verbally told him to please do that over the phone. She came home, so confused not understanding, that I had to make a phone call to understand why this was done. That’s putting me in a situation. Do I believe my mother or do I believe the banker? Since they were both pointing the fingers at each other. Especially when they are the ones who are saying she advised not to open it does not make any sense when I was on the phone with the banker and my mother there saying please open a savings account and she agreed. And all of a sudden, they can finally help her. And it’s always The colony Because over in Frisco branch, they don’t give us any problems, but we live here in the colony, hoping this will be a lot more convenient.

  In my Wells Fargo account, I deposited a cashier's check that came from another bank from a bank account under my name. After three days, I didn't see the funds available, so I Went to the bank, and a Wells Fargo employee told me the check was on hold because I hadn't deposited this amount before and I would have my money available the fifteen days. I call to the customer service line, and a woman told me that Wells Fargo hadn't cashed the check; I told her to place a comment that they shouldn't cash the check because I would request the issuer bank to cancel the check. When I asked for the check cancelation, Wells Fargo already cashed the check. When I called back Wells Fargo customer service to inquire about my money, they told me there was nothing I could do and that it didn't matter that they had my money. The access would be granted to me within 12 days. With a sarcastic tone, the woman, says soo sorry!
