  The Colony branch is not the greatest Customer Service inside. My mother is a senior and doesn’t get taken care of well On what she needs done with her bank account. We had to reschedule an appointment we made online because it was only for 30 minutes and they needed an hour with her. Then she has to go back in again the next day just to open a savings account and she gets told she can’t. How can you turn someone away and not help them open a savings account after I verbally told him to please do that over the phone. She came home, so confused not understanding, that I had to make a phone call to understand why this was done. That’s putting me in a situation. Do I believe my mother or do I believe the banker? Since they were both pointing the fingers at each other. Especially when they are the ones who are saying she advised not to open it does not make any sense when I was on the phone with the banker and my mother there saying please open a savings account and she agreed. And all of a sudden, they can finally help her. And it’s always The colony Because over in Frisco branch, they don’t give us any problems, but we live here in the colony, hoping this will be a lot more convenient.

  Horrible customer service.We will be changing all accounts now because of their in branch employees.

  Nice people, just stupid. Went in to deposit money for someone else, need an account number, ssn will not work. A while back it was accnt number AND social. Fine, I'll comply. Now it's just back to accnt nmber. Branch manager said no exceptions, she needs the accnt# for her customer's security. I reminded her "I" am "depositing" money. Be a bank and take my money. She said its for her customer's security. I said I don't have the accnt#, how much more secure can you be now!!! Heres a ssn, heres the name and address, place money in that accnt#, an accnt# I still will never know..... Hell if anything, not having an accnt # screws me in the event it goes to the wrong person!! She and Anil (teller) mentioned the client's security again and I just about lost it. 10minutes of my life I'll never see again trying to pull the two out of the deep abyss of stupid. I was waiting for the cast of PUNK'D to come out, that's how bad this was. I switched from Wells after similar instances to an even more pathetic bank, Chase. Big banks, big headaches, there's no escaping dumb and douche. I blame Wells Fargo. I'm thinking big banks dumb down their employees, because there's just no way people are this stupid. Maybe local banks are the way to go. I think it's harder to infect a local with stupid. Seriously. Banks like these need to fail to learn. Wait, 2008, bailouts, still operating, nevermind. Shear genious. They've dumbed me for even writing this... damn smdh
