- CDCaptain DaveApr 12, 20215.0I love how this ATM is so close to my house, and the fact it's hardly ever out of operation for maintenance. The menu is easy to read, and very simple to use. I do love the fact that you can make deposits here (cash or checks). My only complaint is I wish they would offer larger bills.
- JTJason ThompsonJun 1, 20191.0I went into Wells Fargo a couple days ago and I don’t like writing reviews that much. They’re lucky I have to give them a one star I was treated like a criminal. I’ve been going into that Wells Fargo to cash a check from my personal training client of mine for years! Never had any issues this time around I kept getting question after question after question rudely as to what I do for this person what kind of personal training do I do for this person why are you wearing a shirt of another company that’s not personal training it’s 2019 some of us have to work 2 jobs. The lady asked for manager assistance she was just as rude as the lady at the front desk kept acting like she knew everything about working out even though she looks like she never worked out a day in her life. I will never do business with Wells Fargo and the Wells Fargo and The Colony is one of the rudest customer service branches I’ve ever encountered I suggest to go to other branches if I were you. All this happened after I wrote my drivers license on the back of the check and gave them a thumbprint if there is any criminal acts I believe the police department would be after me. But dragnet of Wells Fargo thanks it’s their job to do that and treat people rudely.
