    I’ve been banking here for over 5 years, and Ruth Ann has consistently been amazing. She’s always smiling, genuinely happy, and excited to help. No matter the situation, she’s great at solving problems and making the experience easy and stress-free. Ashley also deserves a special shout-out — she’s incredibly positive and optimistic, and every time I see her she brings a smile to my face. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does. The overall energy at this branch is awesome. Everyone is friendly and welcoming — Laura, Ty, and the entire staff always go above and beyond. You really feel appreciated as a member here. In my opinion, this is the best credit union in town. Highly recommend.

    Bank staff are friendly but TDECU sucks! They gave me a shot rate on a vehicle lone and they are constantly freezing my car for no reason. This has happened so many times I can't believe it. Nearly missed a doctor's appointment just because I couldn't get my card to work and they had an hour long wait to reach anyone that could help me!!! Don't waste your time or your money.
