She has always come through for me with every aspect of helping me making great decisions thank you again

Caleb asked how he could help me, & I said I just need a second to look up what account I need to draw some funds out of since I am new this bank. He said let me help you with that. He helped me so much, now I am so much more comfortable with using the ACU app. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone wanting to have top quality service banking!!

I had many choices here; but after looking at the reviews on Google; I understand why they have that rating. I had explained to Alicia what my reasons were for having a local bank. They're 3min away, open on Saturdays, 1/2 day with full service too. Im glad I gave them a chance. DEFINITELY not disappointed with the service I received today.
