For as big and national of a bank Wells Fargo is, their fraud and claims department is an absolute joke. They’ll do anything to make sure at least they keep their money, no matter what it means for their customers. So yeah. If you want your hard earned money safe and protected, LEAVE this joke of an ‘institution’.

It feels to me like they have a genuine care for all customers . I’ve been a customer for 21 years . I only know that because they reminded me and thanked me for my loyalty . Ashley and her team are rock stars!

Answering the phone is out of the question, as it requires more than the thoughts from a single cell organism. Why I continue to do business with them is beyond me. Good luck reporting them, as there supposed manager obviously don't care either.
