- XZX Y ZDec 10, 20242.0The positive thing is the front desk lobby lady had a nice attitude. The negative is I was given the runaround when I asked for a notary and was told around 2pm that the notary lady went to lunch and would be back in an hour. I came back in an hour and with the lobby being closed I went to the drive through. I stated (to the same lady that told me she went to lunch) that I was back and would like to speak to the notary. She said oh yes let me go see as if she was going to get her. She came back a few minutes later telling me well the lobby is closed so I couldn’t get the notary to sign my document. I live down the street and just thought I would come back because of the information I was given with the lady being on lunch. They should’ve just been honest upfront and told me they didn’t want to assist. I believe it was such poor service on their end. I’ll never be back for any services at this location. Incase anyone else needs a notary, just go to another bank for notary services.
